The brief was a simple diorama style vignette of sailing with ocean life visible in the 3D sectioned ocean beneath the sailing vessel - the water's colour and sub-surface scattering qualities suggest mid-shallow water, but there is intentionally no bottom visible, to allow this to represent a range of depths.
